The Theosophical Community

Official Social Network of The Theosophical Society in America

It is a Taboo to think that God doesn't actually know anything

It is also taboo to say that soldiers today die for no good reason

It is taboo to say that all religions are from the same source " my idea"

It is also taboo to speak against those who profit from Your silence.

In my book
Taboo is Taboo

If you don't like that
Too bad

I see your point, and I also note this site as being owned by an individual or group of individuals. I don't even know if this is correct. This site is owned by a group or an individual, is it not? Owner is King. You know? like the old saying concerning a man and his home, "he/she is King of the Castle". I suppose I would take it a bit impersonally, many websites exist, and I would not harbor. For instance, if something was stolen from me, I'm being a Black Sorceror when I harbor dark thoughts toward the thief. I shouldn't bring up the latter type of consideration, Nature forgives ignorance to a certain extent. And many people harbor black thoughts not knowing it is Sorcery, thus they are forgiven to a certain extent. So, my mentioning this does not help them. Habitual patterns of thought take time to redirect.

There are no contradictions Jack

Jeff had to withdraw and delete all his posts and the answers to them because someone who runs this site thought it must do so.
I am with freedom of though. Without it we will not reach understanding. As long as there are people telling us what to write, we are confined, and we will not find the answers that we are looking for.
My post is a protestation of those who make rules, implement them, yet have no courage or wisdom to explain their actions. This was done to others here on this site.
I can go on and on with taboo subjects. I choose not to do so because it doesn't help.

I don't understand your meaning Nabil. Is this blog a complaint against taboo? do you wish the taboo to be lifted? but on a specific list only? as in the list written by you above? you already stamped one topic as taboo, and now your senseabilities are upset upon other topics being taboo. I have to say this irritates me somewhat. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd only give it a 2. I want you to understand I like you, but this will not stop my inquisition upon perceived contradiction.

That is why people don't say what they think and think what they are saying.

Same as don't say everything you know, but know what you say !
