Considering this matter, it must be stressed that Radha Burnier agrees in her official capacity.
Indeed, the members agree, though the voting procedures to assess it were unruly. And Radha Burnier agrees.
Next question: can a decent person be part of an organisation that agrees on expelling members who did not break any rules?
If the members had had a problem with this, they'd have sent the board packing. They did not, which means they tacitly agreed with the expulsion.
