I know there are GH enthusiasts in the US, maybe one of them can set it up?
I'm not that keen on managing two of GH. But I'd sure check into one here if someone else was running one! You know what you are doing, what about yourself setting one up?...

Te Ngako-o-te-rangi said… - Funny you say that. Spiritually in Ngāti Awa there is a lot happening. There's a huge push right now of getting everyone well, healthy, happy etc. We have been holding spiritual workshops here for the past 3months and there has been a huge calling from people right through out the East Coast. The first work shop there was 500 people at Wairaka Marae and healers of all types, national and international it's an amazing feeling because are starting to look for them self's again which is really the whole idea isn't it. So that's whats happening here right now. There's two more workshops to go I'll post it when the dates are up.
