Edgar Cayce - As a young lad of 19 smoking 2 1/2
packs of cigarettes a day I took it upon myself to resolve this nasty habit. Realizing trying to quit involved fighting with myself , I needed a system to come to choice in the matter. Using universal principals , subconscious direction , and a self made structure requiring choosing to smoke or not at the end of one month. To make a long story shorter
I chose to smoke at the end. But when life went on
about 3 weeks into this I bought a pack and promptly threw it away..never to smoke or have an urge ever again.
