This summer I spent nearly a month at the ITC in Naarden to work in the library there. I had a lovely time. I'm happy to report that the interpersonal atmosphere has improved greatly, compared to a few years ago when I was also a regular volunteer there.

Time for excuses
Reading about dharma wars online - among Buddhist teachers who teach online - made me realize that I've crossed a few lines myself over here. I've deleted the most offensive comments (which never included the names of those involved), and there isn't more that I can do but apologize to everybody.

dankje voor je reactie op mijn page. Nederlands gaat me op elk geval beter van de hand als het Engelsh.
Leuk dat er nog iemand is van Nederland. Ik had gehoopt dat het een Nederlandse Community zou bestaan. Ook omdat er in Amsterdam dacht ik de theosophische bibliothek gevestigd is.
Maat dat was niet zo en maakt ook niet uit, omdat ik zo mijn engelsh kan verbeteren hahahah

I was reading your post about chanting Aum. I do this in meditation but I also do it while in the shower. My youngest is 5, and one day she was in the shower with me. When I Aum in the shower I see it in 'waves' of energy cleaning my home. Most of it is silent in my mind and the last Aum, my closing Aum so to speak is said aloud. When I did that she looked at me and said, "Mom is goes everywhere, in the whole house." And put her hands out to show me it it got bigger and bigger. Ha ha ha.

- I'm busy. Can't believe I'm saying that as I just quit college, but it's true. Probably a good sign :)
