A highly advanced civilisation existed all over the Indian subcontinent much before the arrival of the white race to India and the creation of the Vedas. That is the Indus Valley civilisation. And the religion of Ahimsa(nonviolance) or Shraman/Jaina Dharma was the religion of those times. The Vedic Hindus vandalised their places of worship and murdered many monks all over India. The 24th Guru Mahaveer was the contemporary of Sakyamuni Budha. If you are interested in reading about Indian spirituality, then I recommend you not to miss this wonderful heritage of the indigenious black Indians.......

I hope this note finds you well and happily jumping into the new year. Do you get the Quest magazine? The most recent issue has a couple of articles about "Fohat" and I know you said that is an interest of yours. If you don't have access to the articles, let me know and I'll pdf it to you.
Warmest Regards,
will
peace.
yeah, I've been trying to keep it simple too, things can get pretty complex with tarot
what layouts do you do?
I have been reading for a few years and love my deck, but I use it rarely and haven't had the chance to talk with anyone that reads... I've read some books on the subject, but don't feel like I know much...
I am somewhat reserved about joining discussion groups, although I monitor quite a few them. I hope you enjoy your study of Theosophy and that it will generate more questions than it answers for you.
