Healing Through the Light Within

by Gina Weiss, MS, MFT

In my earlier years as a psychotherapist, I experienced a frustration no doubt also felt by
many of my clients. I wondered ‘Why did therapy take so long?’ ‘Did it need to be difficult or
painful?’ and ‘Was it really necessary to “remember” or re-experience every early traumatic

What a wonderful place and a wonderful loving story! About the princess whose husband was healed by the water -nectar. We can focus our minds this is what is miracles/magic is, to create healing nectar from pure water. I know that many waterways such as these need to be cleared today. I have heard of Effective Environmental Microorganisms which clear the waterways. (you can google effective environmental microorganisms) If you hear about anyone working in the waterways we can tell them about these environmental solutions. Love, TE Locke

Dear Friend, Thank you for your support for humanitarian law in the current conflict in Sri Lanka. There must be an Office of the High Commission of Sri Lanka in Delhi, but I do not have the address or the link. However, I write regularly for the journal devoted largely to internal conflicts Aakrosh. The Editor, Maj. General Afsir Karim also lives in Noida: K-103, Vivek Vihar, Sector 82, Noida 201304 his email is afsirkarim@hotmail.com. He may have ideas on what would be useful and contacts in Sri Lanka. You can mention my name when contacting him. Best wishes, Rene Wadlow

I have just posted a blog on the conflict in Sri Lanka. There may be a refugee flow toward south India and thus preperations must be made. If it does not happen that is all to the good. Best wishes,

Hi G. S.,

And Sat Sri Akal! Love your photos of the the Golden Temple. Earlier when my schedule permitted I was regularly visiting a local Gurdwara, also, my Kundalini teacher is a white Sikh, disciple of Yogi Bhajan. This has been my spiritual path for 2008. Satanam
