Hey Anand, How are you today?

I thought you might enjoy seeing "old" NY Times articles related to theosophy.

Dear Anand,
Your website beckons to me like a treasure trove of the essential works of Theosophy which you have passionately presented. Reading, assimilating, and practicing the myriad facets of Theosophy presented in your website appears to be a daunting, but exciting adventure to me, which I have begun in earnest.

With regards from India
Prabhu

I buy most of my books also. Mostly because I write in them or because I never get them back to the library in time, so I have learned that if I rent one and I really like it.. I need to buy it :) This is another reason I have to thank you again for your website, no need to take a trip to the library to browse through... I can go to your site!
Namaste,
Angie

I have been studying Theosophy for around 5 years now. Strictly Blavatsky for the first few, so when I found Leadbeater and Besant they were like a warm summer day compared to Blavatsky's books. ha ha ha.
I am going to start borrowing books from the Olcott library and I am wondering if you could suggest some for me? My primary focus is on the bodies, principles of man, chakras, energy... etc.
Have a wonderful day today, or this evening.. depending on where you are:)

Good Morning Anand,
Thank you for adding me as a friend. I am sorry it has taken so long for me to get out here and leave a comment for you, things have been really busy here at home.
I used to go to your website before I became a member of the TSA and read through all the books you have. I remember giggling about you saying you have to read the books again and again to fully understand them... SO True! I read Leadbeaters whole book on Chakras off of your site. Thank you for posting these books for all to read. :)

I see now that I need to join your groups. I also love reading Besant and Leadbeater. They are less confusing than Blavatsky.

With Love,
Angie

Namaste Anand Ji,

Thank you for your replay. Unfortunately I have done this research through goggle and other sources like Dr. M. Montessori biographies and I just could find so much of it, which I have already utilized for my studies. But any ways thanks again and I think that this is inspiring me to make a deeper research in the near future. I’m not satisfied with what I have found jet.

Blessings to you too Sr.

Ms. Danelys.

Namaste Anand Ji,

I thank Karma for giving me the great opportunity to contact you Sr.
I came across your marvelous web site quite a while ago, and I felt the greatest respect for the person who had created it. I humbly thank you for the great service to make available this vast collection theosophical literature for those like me that keep inquiring and seeking for the Truth. I have kept is as one of my most helpful sources of studies.

Through your web site I found one of the books I always wanted to consult by C.W. Leadbeater: “The Hidden Side of Things”. This is a great book for all the students of Theosophy, whom always wonder and full heartily live a theosophical life outwardly and inwardly each and every day. I’m very inspired by your devotion and respect for Dr. Annie Besant’s and C.W. Leadbeater’s work. I’m also thankful and honored for your invitation to be part of your study group of their writings. Can you please give me more information about how this group works?

As you probably have seen in my page I’m a Montessori teacher. While taking my Montessori training I had to do some researches about Maria Montessori’s life, and I came to know that, she met Annie Besant in London in 1907. She attended to one of her lectures in which Dr. Besant talked with admiration and glowing terms about the then very new Montessori Method. After this event Annie Besant and Maria Montessori formed a very special friendship. And here is what I would like to ask you, if by any chance you happen to have some information about this relationship in between these amazing women, please share it with me. I will really appreciate it.
As you probably know, years later Maria Montessori was invited by The Theosophical Society to India; journey of almost seven years of Maria Montessori’s life. In this period were written her most serious and profound literature, that part of it as you probably know still been part of Adyar Library, within the fundamental books about children.

If you have any information about it please contact me.

May the Masters Bless you with Love,

Sincerely,

Ms. Danelys

It's nice to leave a message here. Boy, do you have a collection of pictures. You seem to have it going on and hope we can keep in touch. I'll try and check out your website. Those are some of my favorite authors on Theosophy, as they helped to open many doors for me, that otherwise, would have never been opened. It was like "light on the path."

I have to say that I have not had the chance to read any books from those authors yet. What
books do you recommend me to read?
I would like to hear your opinion on a book that really reached out and touched you.
