YUGA'S AND 2012

My Teacher only recently mentioned her opinion upon the external measure of time, such as calendars, yugas, and 2012. In my meager ability to fathom everything she says, I come up with the following.

The inner growth of the student may not correlate to external passage of time, but I cannot adequately illustrate the meaning to the statement. Becoming adept at acting in accordance to the higher mind was mentioned. Most of the New Age rendering of prophetic rhetoric using the Archaic Wisdom only when it suited agenda, which possessed a degree of materialism, to the extent toward hindering inner growth, makes many insights toward potential future events, not worthy of lengthy study.

I also suspect anyone in America who were in their late teens, or early twenties during the 1960's. This last is me simply being a pain. Not really going anywhere with it.

I understand Isis but my ability begin speaking of Osiris? I know of the Scene of Judgement where-upon his throne he sits, with the Mystic Bacchic Fan in one hand (unfamiliar symbol), and the symbol of life, "the hook of attraction," in the other. Perhaps the unfamiliar -to me- symbol connotes Gnosis.

Rather than continue with the above, I'd like to say the video's you pointed to, gave some new idea's, or rather old idea's of another view upon the whole perspective. In Isis Unveiled volumes, mention is made concerning etymological similarities between ancient S. America, and the area of the Canaan Valley, Joshua invaded. More importantly, it seems important to understand the intrinsic attributes, and characteristics of the Root-Races. I need some sort of direction or inspiration toward gaining insights upon the Sixth, and Seventh.

Big words there Jack. A lot of accusations. Can you back them up?
Are you talking about authors who want to sell books? What are the agendas that these books sell?

Why are people trying to convince themselves that the world is ending or changing dramatically?
That is the question that should be asked.

Do people see 2012 as an end or a new beginning?

What if the worst is already behind us?

The year 2012 can be the year of celebration.
The year that peace came to earth.

Nabil, I'm willing to admit a prejudgement exists within my position concerning "new age" thought. It is mostly baseless with only a feeling I have, driving the impulse.

My earlier reply to Franc conveys my feelings about 2012. By the way, welcome to the forum Franc, pleased to have you here, and hope to share some thoughts with you.

It seems to be a common understanding or agreement in light of the accuracy of the Mayan Calendar. I note the allignment of our planet, sun and galactic center, occurs on the date when the Mayan Calendar is said to end. Further, this allignment also includes what is known as the galactic rift, which is sort of a path because the word 'rift' is used to illustrate a lack of galactic substances in this rift, and so it is simply an avenue so to speak, lacking objects within it.

So now, I speculate upon the assertions stating galactic center is a Black Hole. The Event Horizon of a BH has such power that matter simply remains there, because matter cannot travel at the velocity of Light. My tendency is not to contemplate what is going into the BH, so much as what leaves it. This is far as I have come, perhaps a new consciousness energy arrives upon us. Further again, our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, preceding our actions, go toward what imaginings we engage. Now it is too complex for me, imagination is applicable to all the principles of the individual, each having its own vast field of activity.

Time is a strange variable. We feel it at different speeds. Between the time we go to sleep and the time we awake is hardly any time.
When convinced of something, time moves faster, as all things fall into place quickly.
When in doubt, time slows down as many variables must be connected before you can begin to measure.

The year 2012 is the year when the population of the planet will reach 7 billions.
