Do we have ideas, how we can attented in Chat?

Now we need to see and to click on the numbers online after TC Chat and others too to see who is there.

I think it would be effective if we hear the on line people coming in and if we want to chat, we can choose a privat chat or a total chat.So we need a bleep for the connecting people as we have on Windows life messenger, we can buzzer so the other is alarmed and we hear a ringtone when people come online.If one don't want to chat, easy he will not react or need to click on the green dot, for not to be seen on line.

We have no way to implement your suggestions--we did not design or program the chat feature. That is programmed by the Ning development team. The best we could do is recommend it to them, although I am aware of others who have already made those recommendations to improve the chat program. We can only hope that the Ning development team makes those things happen.

However, it is already possible to chat privately with other members. If you open up the chat window, notice that the names of all who are currently signed in will be displayed in the right-hand section of the chat window. If you click with your mouse button on the name of one of the participants, a menu will open up beneath the name with the option to view the person's profile or to chat with them privately.

Thanks for the info, I knew how to chat privat, but still the problem is that the other will not see or hear it. Good to make it clear to the ning company, but they should have known it from Windows Life Messenger, for that is a perfect Chat program. Besides this little problem, I am very happy, at this ning, we can scan and put easy into this pages, without first making scan in ocr program, which read a lot of words wrong. So perfectly we can give good visions and written work from our eldern broth.and sisters into this community. I like this very much. So want to thank you all, for this possibility.

This was posted using The Theosophical Society in America's logo. Why the "I" and not "we" then??? It is obvious this comment does not come from the committee; it comes from one individual only.

That is a very good one for free download for privat use.
Last week I saw that one from my mailbox senders had two troyans. That could have been you or frater BC.So I think you have, because you get strange things.

Christina, I am afraid you misunderstood my message. It was not mean for you. It was meant for the Theosophical Society in America social network, the TC's committee. I know they understood it. As to "you get strange things", I have no idea where you are coming from on that, nor am I interested in knowing. "..if it is not you!!" Don't understand this either. Perhaps your response have to do with the language barrier.
I appreciate your wanting to help, but like I said before, my comment was meant for the individual who posted the comment using TSA's logo.
That logo should be used when the message comes from the committee. Individual responses should be posted using the individual's personal TC account. For instance, if the comment was posted by Chris Bolger he should have used his own account, not the Society's-I am confident it was not him who posted the comment.
When the Theosophical Society in America’s logo is used on a comment/posting, the comment and/or posting is representing TSA. It means TC’s committee had a meeting and discuss the matter and a decision was made by general consensus. The comment/posting is representing the ideas/philosophy/idiosyncrasy of the Theosophical Society in America. That was the point I was trying to convey to Olcott. Again, I believe committee understood it. It is out of respect and consideration for you that I am explaining this. I will not discuss this any further, Christina. Thank you for caring.
