The more I read, and explore, the more I find references to Oneness. I can see the abstract meaning in this, but what I would like to know, is how can one make being ONE an ultimate goal?
I ask this as an obnoxious person. I am always the first to talk, which keeps me from listening, with my ears or my heart.
How can you settle yourself enough, to become one with those lessons that surround you, in order to receive the knowledge that is abound?
How do you listen with your heart, and leave Ego out of it?

Your apply was genuine, and spoke straight through my heart. I understand now why I feel such peace when I'm washing the dishes, or pulling weeds out of my garden.

Thank you,

What do these symbols mean?

This is sacret geometry .It simply means the power of the One and only Absolute reality within the human.
In the first drawing you see tree unity of the human ( seen as pentagram)In the above circle you see 6 pointed star called sattvika color Volet means spirit and matter , the red part is the al pervading heavenly influenze connected with the upper and under lying levels. The four circles symbolizes the four levels from the building up of the body seen as Matter, (matherial=physical), Astral,Etherical and spiritual.

All are influenzed by solar , moon and stars,

The drawing here under means the life tree or Kabala powered by Atma or the higher spiritual and all circles stand for the flower of life. So this simple said.

I have heard that these alignments, are the key to Meditational practices? I have yet to master my technique, just because I cannot stop myself from my radical thoughts.
Is it easier to focus on the energies of the world, such as this sacred geometry? Or am I doing it the right way when I focus on the sounds around me, and the energy behind them? Or should i try imagination aversion, and settle myself on a beach or in a garden inside my head? Do you think it's easier, at first, to meditate outside, where your surroundings are not directly influenced by self?

yes the last will be the most pleasant I think.First to get free of jammers Also of the monkey mind we usely have.

But I don't need meditation for understanding these things.I have the insight.
For this you need knowledge and insight

Oh the elusive knowledge and insight! I can't wait until I know as much as you do :-)
I think I started my studies in the middle, which set aflame my interest, but it also confused my mind. The things I read were explained clearly, but I did not understand them as well as I feel I could. Dear lady, where do you suggest I start the studies to expand my knowledge and insight?

If time is there for you, especially for you than you will understand and have the insight.
That process is growing and goes by itself. By the way some people say that we know all, deep inside ourselves , also I have not reached that point. I also need to read and see again and again , over and over . Do you know the book Voice of Silence from HPB in that book you see over and over new meanings.I have read that many times and every time you see something new in it.Real Marvellous.
Also the little book Light on the Path from Mable Colins declares a lot, what you already know and what you need to know.
My advice buy that little books and see what you have in it and as I do , always write by pencil in my books and if year later you see it back it will you amazing , that gives very best feeling.

I will go to my Library and get those books right now, thank you Lovely Lady!
I always try and take notes, but making notes in the margins of the books themselves will probably be a lot easier, just so I can go back to them for reference ^.^
Gracious lady, thank you.

I do the same in my own books, write in the margins.
Cannot do that in books from a library, only if it is your own library.

Martin gives also a very well answer in the beginning, there I put That is well said.

I can give you another good advise , that I got from Krisnamurty personally and that is:

1. Be Aware
2. Be Concentrated
3. Be Contemplative

That three are fundamental facts in life.

You need to think with head and heart, so with the ratio(thinking power) and feeling together.
The way of the head and heart brings you into insight and higher mind.
No one can listen with his heart, therefore he got ears and mind to control with all his qualities.
Leaving ego is leaving the personal mask and the lower thinking with its desires and coloring as it will see.
That is Maya, the illusionist. It is the Art to master your lower ego, not to destroy it.
