Well I think the suggestions are important... A good friend of mine lost his wife this morning and he said the whole family had the flu. He said he thought she was alright but her soul took flight early this morning... so it can "hit home".

Here are the recommendations:

The four key things to do that will help in preventing you from getting the H1N1 Flu or Swine Flu:

1. Wash Your Hands
2. Cover Your Cough
3. Don't Touch Your Face
4. Stay Away from People Who are Sick

If you do get sick, stay home so you won't pass it on to anyone else.

When you go shopping at a super market more places now will have a simple wipe so you can clean off the shopping cart.. that's a good idea.

The local hospital also has dispersers near the elevators to disinfect your hands simply by holding near the disperser. That's a good idea.

I carry a handkerchief with me everywhere .. not the same one.. I alternate and wash them of course. But I got some monogrammed handkerchiefs that are pretty cool..

I would also be conscious of shaking hands.. even though it's reassuring to do so and so on.. I think a pat on the shoulder or a respectful nod can be just as reassuring.

I was reading Geoffrey Hodson's "An Occult View of Health and Disease" and among other things he talks about being balanced in the various bodies or sheaves: The Causal: Mental; Astral and Etheric. Seeing that the Prana flows properly during meditation and so on. Spiritual health and emotional health can be just as important as taking physical precautions..
