I think it is more honesty to each other and in the first place the Self.
If I know one serious person worked out a subject, and experienced that, although everyone have its own path to go and alone, but it can give helping ideas to figure out or to give to others.


For example we have had yesterdayevening a study on light of the path from Mable Collins, we were with a group of 20 persons and in the introduction we get all the several points from what have made that little book. We could give each other several facts and made the deeper insight, which you have not if you read it and say that is it.
If you take that little book, read again and again , little by little it comes through.

Also different languages and translations are not perfect and so with that dialogue you make the study more complete.
You learn Viveka= discernment.

No I don't know the names from everyone, but I see the total person and that shows more than a name, same with pictures.
