Some time ago I placed a very clear written subject from Geoffrey Hudson as blog Clairvoyence and the serpent fire( called kundalini).

While Arundale gave out a book on kundalini, he does not tell anything. Now times are changing and everyone can inform whatever he or she likes( in past times that could not, was closed only people in specialistic way could inform themselves, so good this is changed) Never the less if you ask your privat doctor for chakra's he mostly looks like you have it about animals.

Now I have the question after studying Leadbeaters book on chakra's he wrote that
their is a different way in the working Ida and Pingala for woman and man.
what in the man is right is in the woman left.
Who realy knows that truth?

I just realized that for some reason the site I recommended may not be as easily accessible than if you first go to:

http://occult-advances.org/

You may have to copy and paste the above on your browser to enter it,

and then scroll down to "8. Kundalini Awakening" you will see the charts..

The I Ching, , the "Book of Changes."

Yin originally meant "shady, secret, dark, mysterious, cold." It thus could mean the shaded, north side of a mountain or the shaded, south bank of a river. Yang in turn meant "clear, bright, the sun, heat," the opposite of yin and so the lit, south side of a mountain or the lit, north bank of a river. From these basic opposites, a complete system of opposites was elaborated. Yin represents everything about the world that is dark, hidden, passive, receptive, yielding, cool, soft, and feminine. Yang represents everything about the world that is illuminated, evident, active, aggressive, controlling, hot, hard, and masculine. Everything in the world can be identified with either yin or yang. Earth is the ultimate yin object. Heaven is the ultimate yang object. Of the two basic Chinese "Ways," Confucianism is identified with the yang aspect, Taoism with the yin aspect.

Although it is correct to see yin as feminine and yang as masculine, everything in the world is really a mixture of the two, which means that female beings may actually be mostly yang and male beings may actually be mostly yin. Because of that, things that we might expect to be female or male because they clearly represent yin or yang, may turn out to be the opposite instead.
Yes,Arhtur thanks here at occult advances .org I found the reverse of the ida and Pingala in man and woman. So Leadbeater was right.
That point have its root in Shi hatsu . I mostly have experience on the spots between the eyes.Or use Otrivin to open all directly. But that is allopathical and not to be advised, only if there is a infection.Than one must use that for not getting infection in the forheadhole.
I just thought I'd add something here about the importance of using the Neti pot to clense nostrils daily.. by this process it aids breathing and meditation practise..

reduces congestion during the day and reduces the need for say over the counter cold medicines that could be detrimental over a long time say affecting your blood pressure ..

Using the Neti pot also stimulates your nerves around the eyes. Some believe it stimulates the Ajna Chakra.

So it has a lot of salutory effects..
As you see the I tjing or ching they give the working female and male working crosswise so I think
Leadbeater, whatever they say about him, ( by the way , have everyone seen his purpose in what they played to do with children, as they said?} I know how people are, one judges other people's' charakter by ones own, he was right in chakra's and that is a very important knowledge to all.
Blood pressure is another very important question, in which I experimenting all ,but not into the details as the hormones, for they are depended on our state of mind.
Sorry terrible the language barriere I cannot express me as I want, I need to search for words not qualified to my native language. But I hope I can bring a little to your understanding.
I think I get the general idea Christina..

Thanks for your post..

You know one of the commonly used medications for nasal congestion today is called Phenylephrine .. I'm no doctor but read the side effects:

Read the side effects:

The primary side-effect of phenylephrine is hypertension. Patients with congestion and hypertension are typically advised to avoid products containing phenylephrine. Prostatic hyperplasia can also be symptomatically worsened by use, and chronic use can lead to rebound hyperemia.[6]Patients with a history of epilepsy and on anticonvulsant medication should not take this substance. The drug interaction might produce seizures. Some patients have been shown to have an upset stomach, severe abdominal cramping, and vomiting issues connected to taking this drug.

From wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phenylephrine#Side-effects

Pseudoephedrine is being phased out because it is used to produce methamphetamine or "speed". But here are some of the side effects:

Common adverse drug reactions (ADRs) associated with pseudoephedrine therapy include: CNS stimulation, sleeplessness, nervousness, excitability, dizziness and anxiety. Infrequent ADRs include: tachycardia and/or palpitations. Rarely, pseudoephedrine therapy may be associated with hallucinations, arrhythmias, hypertension, seizures and ischemic colitis;[7]

I think I'll continue with my Neti pot.
Me, too. Just tried it recently for sinusitis and it works wonders.
Neti pot??? Do you mean Physiological NaCl solution = 9 gram on 1000 ml.
Is good for cleaning. For it keeps isotonic pressure equal.
